THE CLIENT/CHALLENGE:
Contracted by a personal injury lawyer whose old website seemed to be turning off referrals, I went beyond the simple layout fixes to refresh the firm's branding and first impressions across channels.
Starting with SME interviews, a mission alignment session, an in-house photo shoot, and reference sharing, a plan was laid out to produce and publish refined documents, business profiles, social proof articles, and an expanded homepage.  This would all offer prospects a compassionate invitation with attorney information to help build trust, increase communication touchpoints, and ultimately retain new client business.
WEB PRESENCE REFRESH:
A clean, scrollable, scalable, and mobile-friendly set of pages was built to communicate the "we take pride in helping you" messaging that was missing from the original site layout.  At the request of the client, a simple, budget-friendly GoDaddy builder was used, so that non-designer staff members would be comfortable making future changes.  Even with limited interface customization options, the new photos, graphics, and expanded site structure have offered a superior user experience. (Adobe Ps, Ai used.)
The visual branding is applied to public-facing site content, Google My Business, & LinkedIn profiles to help increase engagement.

While the logo below was more personalized and unique in this designer's opinion, the client preferred the universal scale symbol featured in the deliverables above.  What would you pick?
