THE APPROACH:
Quality communication leads to loyalty and recurring revenue. Prioritizing consistent outreach, message integrity, and the trustworthy tone of the brand, regular e-blasts were responsible for customer engagement and millions of dollars in weekly sales when cross-promoting sister brands.

SCHEDULED OUTREACH TO PROMOTE NEW BRANDS, NEW DEALS:
Fashion photos play with fonts to sell seasonal styles!  The use of typography, visual hierarchy, and attractive feature photography focused on making the most of quick impressions.
Spearheading the ecommerce side of a new boutique launch, these email and social ads were leveraged to introduce international brands to regular subscriber lists and affiliate customers.
CRM contact management, content management, and email deployment tools were utilized.  HTML and sliced images were set up in Photoshop.  Subject lines and content were A/B and 10/10/80 tested for optimal engagement and sales.
A DIFFERENT LOOK FOR A CLASSIC COMPANY:
The parent company for the above boutique was a veteran direct mail retailer who targeted shoppers aged 65+. A casual, family-focused, and often playful communication style was used as our founder/mascot -AKA "your pal Duke"- delivered the following promotions for comfort apparel and consumer goods. Although the style is audience-specific for both age and computer skills, you'll find that I diversified communication styles by incorporating animations, custom illustrations, photo manipulations, and fresh campaign concepts.
One such concept, shown below as the Summer Savings Safari, is a creation of mine which was set to please our CPG Merchandise Managers by moving overstocked products. Creating a sense of urgency/FOMO during a weekly countdown, this campaign's first run sold over $100K in previously stagnant clearance categories. It became a quarterly promotion and moved millions of dollars of merchandise over subsequent years.
