My career began as a production artist and email marketer for the veteran direct mail retailer, Haband, who targeted customers aged 65+. A casual, family focused, and often playful communication style was used as our founder/mascot -AKA "your pal Duke"- delivered the following promotions for comfort apparel and consumer goods. Although the style is noticeably older and audience-specific, you'll find animations, custom illustrations, photo manipulations, and fresh campaign concepts that were responsible for millions of dollars in online sales.
